REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICIES
If you have ordered the wrong size product or are, for some reason, dissatisfied with the product you have purchased, please return the product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, together with a copy of the receipt, and, as long as the product has never been used, we will be happy to replace or refund the product. However, no delivery charges will be refunded.
If you believe the product you have purchased is a warranty claim, please return the product to us, with a copy of the receipt, and we will send it immediately to the manufacturer for assessment. The decision as to whether the product is repaired or replaced under warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
In most cases orders are sent using Australia Post eParcel service. A shipping notification email will be sent as well as an Australia Post tracking number. However, occasionally we use local country courier services. In all cases there is a standard delivery and handling charge of $12.00 per order. This amount will be added to the total of your order. If the parcel is particularly bulky or is going to a remote area, there may be an extra charge. However, we will not charge your credit card any extra amount without first contacting you to get your approval.
Australia Post delivery times for orders within Australia should be anywhere between 3 to 7 days. However, if you live in a particularly remote area, please allow 10 days. Very occasionally there might be a slight delay. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us.
