If I place an order today, when will I receive it?
Most of our orders will arrive within 5 business days, however delivery times can vary depending on the postcode where the order is being shipped to. Our online orders are in most cases delivered by Australia Post, and dispatched from either Fitzroy VIC 3065, or Adelaide SA 5000. The delivery time to your specified postcode can be more accurately calculated on the Australia Post website. Some smaller items will be sent via Express post which can significantly improve delivery times. Some of our bulky items are usually sent via courier – our processing team will contact you in these instances to advise you if there may be any additional freight to pay (In some circumstances) and which carrier we will use and the delivery time for your nominated postcode. If you need something urgently – Please contact us and we can discuss Express options to your location.

If I order something online, which store will it come from?
Where the item is sent from will always depend on stock levels available at each shop and also proximity to your delivery location. We will always endeavour to get your parcel delivered to you as soon as possible.
If something is not in stock, is it possible for it to be ordered in?
If an item is out of stock at both of our locations, we will make every effort to have the item ordered in as quickly as possible from our suppliers. If a certain supplier is also out of stock, we will find out if and when it will be available again – and we will advise you ASAP if there are any issues. However please note that prices are subject to change without notice, so the price of the product ordered in may have changed from when the product was ordered.
Do you offer refunds on items purchased online?
If you receive an order within Australia and it is not as described, we will ask you to return the item to us, and on arrival we will refund the cost of the item plus the return shipping costs (Return shipping must only be via Australia Post – and it is advised that a tracking label is applied to any parcel – Australia Post should offer a tracking label for any domestic parcel). If the item/s happen to be the wrong size, we will ask you to send it back to us (Either Fitzroy VIC 3065 – or Adelaide SA 5000 whichever is closest to your nominated postcode) and we will send out the correct size to you with no additional return shipping costs. If you purchase an item and you decide you no longer wish to keep the item and it is in ‘As New’ condition, we will give you an “In Store Credit/Voucher” to the value of your order less the freight costs. Please note - we will not cover return costs for international orders.
Is there any warranty on the products that I purchase?
Most items come with a 12 month warranty. Some claims can be completed on the spot in store – others need to be sent back to the manufacturer for assessment which can take between 2-3 weeks, sometimes longer in busy periods. Most warranty claims will need to be assessed in store. You may be required to post back items to us for assessment if you are unable to bring them into one of our shops - (Either Fitzroy VIC 3065 – or Adelaide SA 5000 whichever is closest or most convenient for you)
I’m not sure what size I need. Can you help me select the right size?

Do you fit bat grips?
Yes, our helpful staff are always happy to fit any bat grip for no additional cost while you wait. If you want to give it a go at home, we can also provide you with a rundown of how it’s done and some hints and tips that may help you along the way. We also have a video guide located here – CLICK HERE.
Is Extratec or Fibretec/Webtec better for bat protection?
All of the options for covering the face will protect the blade. The main differences arise in the feel of the ball hitting the bat and what the individual player prefers. The main feedback we receive tends to lean toward a dull ‘thud’ sound with the extratec, whereas the fibretec and webtec tends to be slightly thinner and maintains the ‘crack’ sound when a ball is struck.
Does The Cricket Warehouse offer a “Knocking In” service?
No, unfortunately we do not offer this service. However we have a handy knocking in guide which will help guide you through this process found here – CLICK HERE. We also stock everything you will need to complete this process. We feel this process is best done by hand using the techniques found in our knocking in guide.
Do you offer a battery pack for the Paceman Bowling Machine as I want to use it in the nets and we don’t have access to direct power?
