Refunds and Returns
If you have ordered the wrong size product or are, for some reason, dissatisfied with the product you have purchased, please return the product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, together with a copy of the receipt, and, as long as the product has never been used, we will be happy to replace or refund the product. However, no delivery charges will be refunded.
If you believe the product you have purchased is a warranty claim, please return the product to us, with a copy of the receipt, and we will send it immediately to the manufacturer for assessment. The decision as to whether the product is repaired or replaced under warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
In most cases orders are sent using Australia Post eParcel service. A shipping notification email will be sent as well as an Australia Post tracking number. However, occasionally we use local country courier services. In most cases there is a standard delivery and handling charge of $12.00 per order. This amount will be added to the total of your order. However, depending on the weight of the order there may be an extra charge. You will see the total freight charge in the checkout section of your order before checking out. If the order is particularly heavy or bulky or is going to a remote area we will contact you to advise of any further charges.
Australia Post delivery times for orders within Australia should be anywhere between 3 to 7 days. However, if you live in a particularly remote area, please allow 10 days. Very occasionally there might be a slight delay. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us.
