We ship most of our orders using Australia Post E-Parcel service. All orders dispatched will be marked for signature on delivery. If you require the parcel to be left if unattended, please mark this down in the notes section during checkout (Please note in these circumstances - we will take no responsibility for the parcel once it has been marked as delivered). Most Online orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. For Australia post delivery times to your area please see this link - https://auspost.com.au/sending/send-within-australia/delivery-speeds-and-coverage our orders will be dispatched from either our Adelaide shop (Postcode 5000) or our Melbourne shop (Postcode 3065)

On orders over $100 for delivery within Australia - Free shipping is available within Australia for online orders over $100 and which weigh less than 10kg (cubic rates will apply) - Bowling Machines, Junior & Senior (Package Deals) Kits, The V training nets & Wheel Bags are excluded from our free freight offer.

How to calculate cubic weight in kg

Cubic weight in kilograms is calculated by measuring and multiplying the length, height and width of a parcel in metres, and then multiplying the result by a cubic weight conversion factor. Australia Post use a cubic conversion factor of 250kg per cubic metre. 

To calculate the cubic weight of a parcel that measures 50cm long, 30cm high and 40cm wide: 

(0.5m) × (0.3m) × (0.4m) = 0.06m × 250 = 15kg

Courier Deliveries

We also in some circumstances send our orders (Particularly when ordering bulky items) by courier. You will see this option appear in the cart if your order is likely to be sent by courier. In these cases, business addresses are preferred – as 9am-5pm deliveries are likely, and we do not cover re-delivery costs when addresses are unattended. We can also ask the courier to leave parcels in a safe location if you prefer – however we take no responsibility for the parcels once they are left unattended.
