How our Price Match Guarantee works

Found the identical product advertised for less elsewhere? It's simple:

1. Find the lower price
Find the same product currently advertised for less by an Australian retailer.

2. Show us
Send us the link or show one of our team members the competing price.

3. We'll match it
We'll verify the offer and, provided it meets our Price Match Guarantee conditions, match the price.

That's it. No need to shop around.

Price Match Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  • The product must be identical to the product we sell, including brand, model, size, colour and specifications where applicable.
  • The competing product must be brand new, genuine and currently available to purchase from an Australian retailer.
  • The competitor must be an Australian-based retailer or Australian website selling to Australian customers.
  • The competitor's product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the advertised price.
  • The competing price must be a genuine, current advertised price that we can verify. We may ask for a link, screenshot or other evidence of the competing offer.
  • The comparison will be based on the total price payable, including any applicable delivery or unavoidable charges.
  • The competitor must be an established retailer and not a marketplace seller, private seller or individual.
  • Prices available only through membership, loyalty programs, coupon codes, cashback offers, personalised offers or account-specific promotions are excluded unless we are able to offer the same conditions.
  • Clearance, liquidation, damaged, seconds, refurbished, used or otherwise non-standard products are excluded.
  • Prices resulting from an obvious pricing error are excluded.
  • Products that are part of a bundle, gift-with-purchase offer or other conditional promotion may not qualify where the offer cannot be directly compared.
  • The Price Match Guarantee applies to the current advertised price at the time of the request and does not apply retrospectively to previous purchases.
  • We reserve the right to verify the competing offer before approving a price match.
  • Price matching is subject to product availability and reasonable verification of the competing price.
  • We may decline a price match where the competing offer cannot be reasonably verified or is not directly comparable.
  • Our Price Match Guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
